By accessing and using soulraves.com ("the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Site.
soulraves.com is owned and operated by Mona Hassan, a sole trader registered in Austria. VAT number: ATU81566315. All references to "we," "us," and "our" refer to Mona Hassan, operating Soul Rave.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any content or material they submit to the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of the Site, such as unauthorized access, data tampering, or illegal activity, is strictly prohibited.
Participants in Soul Rave events are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in activities involving physical movement and dance, rhythm-based practice, and energy and consciousness work. Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
Mona Hassan and Soul Rave are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from participation in a Soul Rave event.
Soul Rave travels through collaboration — we partner with community founders, festival organisers, conscious spaces, and cultural platforms who host a Soul Rave in their own city. Where an event is organised together with such a partner, that partner may set and manage their own ticketing, registration, refund, and on-site liability terms for that specific event, and those terms apply alongside this page. Mona Hassan / Soul Rave is not responsible for the acts, omissions, terms, or policies of an independent partner host or venue.
Where Soul Rave organises an event and sells tickets directly through soulraves.com, the Refund Policy below applies.

I understand that Soul Rave's dance ritual, movement, and energy & consciousness work can involve physical movement as well as an opportunity to reduce stress and improve mental well-being. As with any physical activity, the risk of injury, including serious, disabling, or fatal injury, is always present and cannot be completely eliminated.
If I feel pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, stop the activity, and ask the facilitator for support. I will continue to breathe calmly.
I accept full responsibility for any harm that may result from participation.
Soul Rave's movement and energy/consciousness work is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
This work is not recommended and is not safe for persons prone to mania, delusions, or psychosis.
By ticking the checkbox at checkout or registration, I certify that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical and mental condition for participation in such a programme. In addition, I will inform the facilitator of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to the session.
If I am pregnant, in the process of becoming pregnant, postpartum, or have undergone a surgical procedure, I acknowledge by my signature that I have my physician's consent to participate in such a programme. I also acknowledge that I am solely responsible for deciding whether to take part and that participation is at my own risk.
I hereby agree to irrevocably waive any and all claims I have or may have now or in the future against Soul Rave and its facilitators.
I have read, fully understand, and agree to the above terms and conditions of this Disclaimer Agreement.
I give my agreement voluntarily and acknowledge that my agreement serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law in Austria, Germany, Europe, and Switzerland.
I give Mona Hassan my unequivocal consent to proceed with the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act (archiving, contacting, testimonials). I consent to the publication of photographs and/or video footage taken during the event in which I can be seen. The images and/or video materials may be used without restriction in terms of time, place, and content in unchanged form by the author or by third parties acting with the author's consent, irrespective of the transmission, carrier, and storage technologies, for journalistic purposes, including for illustration and advertising purposes. I also agree to any publication on Instagram and other social media.
I also transfer to Mona Hassan all rights of use, including reprinting and passing on the image material, without time limit and without monetary consideration. The images may be combined with other image material, graphics, or text, modified, scaled, or cropped. No portraits or images associated with personal data will be published without explicit consent.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, and your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mona Hassan / Soul Rave and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content on this Site is strictly prohibited.
